| A few months back I picked up this item at a gourmet store, couldn't
help myself. A room temperature, shelf life of a year and a half microwavable
gourmet dinner. it just couldn't be.
There
is not much say other than it was amazing. Extremely fresh and
simple, artfully prepared and seasoned. I don't think I have
ever tasted anything so homemade tasting coming out of a microwave. Elegant French lentil stew. Small tender lentils, some carrots
and some pork.
I have no idea whether it is the quality
of the ingredients or the preparation that made it so good. I
have a sneaking feeling that the un-frozeness of it has something
to do with it. It just tasted more alive, fresher than something
that been frozen. I compare it to some of the more gourmet frozen times you can
now find at places like WHole Foods. They are very good as well,
but this is BETTER! I scoured the web, but found nothing about the company. So I will
just say that it tastes good and if you live in LA you can find
it at: |
